This photo shows the workers working on the Basin St MSE ramp
installing rebars......

This picture shows some of the Nelson Studs welded to the "I" beam
and those little TABS (red arrows)......Normally the deck pans would be screwed down to the angle
 that they set on.....However because  there are girders from the ramps attaching to this one, the
engineers were afraid that if we screwed the pans in place, they would allow the beam to flex to the
position it should be in after the other beams are attached to the side....So the solution was to weld these
little tabs in to keep the deck pans in place, yet allow the beam to flex as they attach the other girders....
