Blue arrows indicate the approx. transition point for the concrete barrier.....
The large concrete block will hold up a steel overhead truss that will hold signs
over the south bound lanes ( in picture above )....The truss should go clear over
to the wall on the east side of the north bound lanes...

The steel truss over the north bound lanes could hold two signs......
One on the left would indicate a left turn onto W.Church St....the
one on the right would indicate Mkt Sq.....

E-mail received indicates that people think this is poor design.......
One even said  "take money from the stupid observation decks
and use it to buy a longer steel truss"   balance things out...

More poor design are those bridge lights.......a manager of one of the
city banks told me that they blind him when he crosses at night....all
they need are lights like the ones on the "A" approach ramp....
