Steel beam that supports the deckpan seams at an angle...

These are some of the wooden outriggers that support the verticle pipes...

This is Pier # 12........it supports a heck of a lot of weight.....I am receiving
e-mail daily about this pier and also Pier number 11........Drive under the bridge and look up.......

Orange paint indicates the approx. edge of the island.....red indicates
the storm drain.....green arrows indicate the (chairs) that hold up the
rebars so they don't lay on the deckpans....yellow indicates the verticle
pipes that hold up the track that the paving machine runs on.....THESE
PIPES ARE SETTING ON THE WOODEN OUTRIGGERS THAT YOU
SEE IN THE ABOVE PICTURES UNDER THE DECKPANS....

This is the wall that will separate the north bound from the south
bound traffic....
