Red dots.......is the sidewalk....
(Red dots).....If a bicycle rider starts at # 1 and goes to # 2 on the dike...
or (blue dots) starts at # 3 and goes to # 4 on the dike.....which is the
shorter route ?
The RED DOTS is the "NO EXPENSE TO THE TAXPAYERS ROUTE"
The BLUE DOTS is the " MAKE THE TAXPAYERS BLEED ROUTE"...
The bikeway ramp leading to the dike is over 590 ' from the bridge to the dike.
