Oct. 15, 2007........this is the control panel that operates all
the overhead signals.......
The two cars in the photo are coming up the "C" ramp.....they are turning left
to go to S. Williamsport.....
Oct 15, 2007.....they are taking up the pavement in front of the Citizens
& Northern Bank today...no more getting on the bridge from this point
anymore..
Trucks lined up to receive the blacktop that they are taking up
with the Milling Machine....
This is the CAT Milling Machine taking up the pavement in front
of the Citizens & Northern Bank.......
Looking west down ramp "A"....left hand lane.....Rt 15 south...
Right hand lane.....goes to Market Square...
The car you see in the left center is making a "U" turn.
It takes all kinds........
Oct 16, 2007......yesterday this was the north bound "ON" ramp
on S.Side...........this morning its landscaped and ready for grass
seed...its right beside the church....
