will take up two lanes of Via Bella when finished......

Notice the RED buggy over the side of the bridge. Its an easy way to
do
work on the side of the bridge safely....

This is the rear of the Citizens & Northern Bank building....There will be
a modern parking lot after the bridge cleanup and the bank will rent out
space for other busineses. There is a rear entrance and loading dock
available.... I had a tour of the building and there is a lot of room inside...

This is the abutment that holds up the steel for the ramp that goes to
I-180 west. It will use two of the Via Bella lanes since Via Bella will be
changed over to only two lanes..........
