Market Square. The green steel beam is pictured in other photos on
preceding pages....Feb. 9th, 2006..........cold.....sunny

There are not many people that can tell me why these steel plates
were welded to the underside of the old bridge.....
I know what they are......I was there the day they put them up....
They were used many times per day.......

This photo shows a new concrete pier (half of a pier) that will be
completed when the other bridge is built....

These are PPL workmen......I do not know if they were feeding cable
into the manhole or pulling the cable through and feeding it onto the spool
in the truck.....there was a crew at the entrance to the ramp towards
Market Square doing something.....Feb. 9th, 2006 very cold & sunny...
